This class will be for anyone wanting to get stronger, from those who just want to learn how to lift to those wanting to up their game for Crossfit or another sport.
The goal will be to give you the tools to get stronger utilising deadlift, squat, press and accessory exercises.
The first three weeks will focus on the big three lifts and the tips, techniques, and cues to help you learn to move correctly or push through a plateau. You do not need to have any lifting experience to join this class, but it should be helpful for beginners through to intermediate lifters. Free to
