you, taking into account your current fitness, lifestyle and injury
risk. This will allow you to focus on one thing – your results.
After an initial consultation completed over the phone or by email, a
training plan will be designed for you, taking into account your fitness
levels, experience, any injury issues, limitations and life style.
Our sessions are varied, fun and exciting, with each session being
different to the last in order to keep you motivated. They will be
progressively harder to keep challenging you as we take you to the next
level and closer to your goal.
