Boot camps are the fun and exciting way to do exercise, and a great way to get fit, once you have been to one you will want to come back time and time again. Join other like-minded people who all have similar goals to you. Everyone who comes to Boot Camp wants to get fit and healthy while at the same time having fun while exercising.
At JJM Fitness Boot Camps our aim is to ensure that everyone enjoys themselves, and although you’ll be tired at the end of the session, you’ll finish with a smile on your face because you have had fun but more importantly you have worked hard and feel good for it.
Most people tell me how much they enjoy exercising this way and they look forward to the next session. You will more likely burn more calories on a boot camp than inside a gym, and you get to be outside in natural surroundings. Many of the people that train come back time and time again because they have fun at the sessions and feel that it's working for them. This class wants people to enjoy exercise, and smile while doing it, and not to think that it's a chore.
Don't worry, they won’t scream and shout at you like other boot camps, but they will encourage you to keep working hard.
Summer Boot Camp timetable starts from 1st April with 4 sessions each week taking place on the Downs. We meet at the junction of Saville Road and Stoke Road.
New for 2017 there is a Boot Camp in Almondsbury on Saturday mornings 8.15am until 9am. We meet in Hortham Village by the childrens park.
