Come along to a JJM Fitness boot camp and you will soon find your fitness levels reach a new level.
Sessions run all year round on the Downs during the summer months and through the winter.
With 3 sessions per week you have plenty to choose from.
We have fantastic group of regulars, as well as new people that come along. As well as a great workout with like minded people, you will make new friends, have a laugh, and most importantly have fun while getting fit.
Each session last for 60 min and involves a variety of body weight exercises, running, games and circuits. Sessions are always different to keep it interesting.
All fitness levels welcome from the very fit to the new to exercise, every one fits in and nobody gets or feels left behind.
