I'm really excited to share my passions and beliefs of how, through yoga, you can shift energy around your body with movement.
In this grounding Hatha Yoga class we will be focusing on the breath, tuning into how the body and mind are feeling + use movement to alter our state of being in a positive way.
I am inspired by quotes, people, poems, movement, nature - this passion is intertwined into my classes.
We’ll begin by arriving on our mats by grounding into the present moment with mindful breath and gentle movement. As we move deeper into our practice we’ll explore longer held postures to invite stillness, strength and awareness of our physical bodies.
This practice is an invitation to tune inward to connect the breath with movement and discover the balance between effort and ease.
Whether you are new to yoga or would like to deepen your practice you are so welcome, just as you are.🫶
