Vinyasa flow is a dynamic style of yoga that links movement and breath in flowing sequences.
In its original sanskrit "vinyasa" means "to place in a special way" - and this is what I do. I create and deliver classes that are mindfully crafted, flowing and anatomically sound.
These classes aim to focus your mind and challenge your body. Some previous yoga experience is beneficial but the class is open level. Please let me know if you would like to borrow a mat.
