Jess is based in St George, Bristol and aims to deliver accessible classes across the city.
Jess discovered Yoga in 2008 through her background as a contemporary dancer.
She trained at Trinity Laban Dance Conservatoire and Dartington College of Arts. She's studied yoga in New York, London, Mexico and Morocco.
Jess is Yoga Alliance Certified and has a 200RYT Yoga Teacher qualification after training with Dr. Abby Hoffman. a fellow dancing yogi.
Dynamic Vinyasa is a powerful style of yoga that links movement and breath in flowing sequences.
In its original sanskrit "vinyasa" means "to place in a special way". Jess uses her dance and somatic background to create unique classes that are mindfully crafted, flowing and anatomically sound. Allowing participants to explore new ranges of movement with a focus on correct allignment.
