It’s the perfect way to address your personal needs and intentions and really make your yoga practice work for you.
Private Sessions enable us to explore yoga postures in greater depth. It also allows us to work on individual areas of resistance, alignment, and practice at a time and place that suits you.
There is also ample opportunity to ask questions and to get feedback on your progress as a yoga student.
