This class is inspired by the Ashtanga Yoga sequence with sun salutations, standing poses, seated poses and finishing poses π§π»ββοΈ
No previous experience of yoga required! π
We will include additional and alternative poses each week to complement the aim of the class, whether thatβs working on backbends or perhaps focusing on other elements such as breath π«
Classes will start quietly with some meditation or breath work (pranayama) π¬οΈ we will build our internal fire with yoga asana π₯ and close with a restful finishing sequence and savasana π
Expect to leave feeling more confident and grounded, with some yoga techniques and sequences that can be practiced at home π²
