As a returning mother, I know what it feels like to spend long periods holding and feeding a baby — often leading to rounded shoulders, tight hips, and postural tension through the upper back, neck, and shoulders.
This class is built from my favourite yoga and mobility exercises to help reverse that pattern. We focus on:
-opening the chest and reducing rounded shoulders -releasing tight hips and lower back -strengthening the upper back and postural muscles that support healthy alignment -restoring natural, upright posture through steady, mindful movement
Expect a balanced mix of vinyasa-style flow and mobility drills that help you move more freely, feel more open, and gradually improve posture over time.
This class is offered for very little money. The intention is to move together, support each other, and stay motivated through shared practice.
