These 1.5 hour classes are ideal for those who have some experience with any physical practices, open to all who want to learn the basics and develop their corporeality.
Classes will focus on mastering basics and building skills through floor pathways, movement breakdowns, and variations. We’ll explore developmental movement patterns, flying low, and contemporary dance.
Using games, improvisation, and sequences, we’ll connect the spine, head, pelvis, and limbs, using gravity to enhance movement. Expect strength, mobility, flow, and lots of fun dancing!
