I create a safe and empowering space for people to connect to their mind-body. I offer a playful and challenging class for all yogic abilities, where I draw on using breathwork, meditation and guided and intuitive asana. There will be elements of flow and elements working on deeper asana and working towards peak poses. I like to encourage the essence of Vinyasa - ‘nyasa’ to place & ‘vin’ in special way throughout my classes.
I completed my first yoga teacher training at Yogasara in Bristol and more recently completed 300 hours of Advanced Yoga teacher training as well as 100 hours of Ariel and SUP Yoga training in India.
