A fast paced Power Yoga class focusing on building upper body and core strength and developing flexibility, in particular, hips, back and shoulders.
The studio is heated to 30 degrees so can get reasonably warm but we also aim to create heat from within using breath and flow.
A fully body workout but also a chance to quieten the mind after a busy week. Perfect for a Friday night.
