My classes incorporate both Vinyasa Flow and Yin Yoga with an emphasis on physical strength and mental resilience. I'm not interested in the aesthetic of your postures, but rather how your body feels in the shapes, and I always offer lots of variations and encouragement to do what feels right for you. I tend to teach seasonally, incorporating 5 Element wisdom in the practice alongside meridian stretches and some Acupressure points too. Come to build core strength, enhance the capacity to breath, and practice settling the mind.
