RUN-FIT will perfect your performance!
The training sessions will be a mix of training drills above and are aimed at increasing your fitness level so that your running performance will become natural and in turn offering you to feel more comfortable when doing so. Of course Jason is always here to encourage, motivate and give you best advice. You can you our RUN-FIT training as a drop in session or make it a regular part of your training programme.
We'll breakdown the running movement and focus on the various aspects of running with our fitness/Cardio drills. We teach clients to run & explain how the body works as a single unit whilst running. Weak areas are then worked on, building a stronger body to performance more efficiently.
Our training sessions are open to to all fitness levels and abilities. You can rest when you feel you need to and drink water when ever you want to. You won't be judge, just encouraged to do your best.
Our regular RUN-FIT training sessions run (sorry for the pun) every Saturday morning at the Knowle West Health Park 10.10-11.10am just after our morning Boot Camp session. We meet in the old walk-in centre building, which is the building directly in front of you, as you drive through the main gates of the Knowle West Health Park.
