RUN-FIT will perfect your performance!
The training sessions will be a mix of training drills above and are aimed at increasing your fitness level so that your running performance will become natural and in turn offering you to feel more comfortable when doing so. Of course Jason is always here to encourage, motivate and give you best advice. You can you our RUN-FIT training as a drop in session or make it a regular part of your training programme.
Tuesday 7.30-8.30pm Speed runner. Designed to help increase your running speed. These sessions are based on time rather than distance with our short running routes. But don't worry as you'll be able to run at a level that suits you. Having the ability to change your running pace & gait on various distances is crucial for being a more rounded runner.
Thursday 7.30-8.30pm Strength, flexibility & mobility. These exercises are of equal importance to your overall training programme & are essential for healthy joints & will also improve joint stability.
Saturday 10.15-11.15am Interval/HIT training. This type of training will help to improve your cardio fitness & take your running to the next level. Our interval training & HIT fitness drills can be adapted to all levels, just do what you can!
Participants from MoveGB can either attend all three sessions or just the one that they feel they need to improve on. The Tuesday & Thursday's RUN-FIT sessions will be replacing the current 7.30pm Boot Camp session.
