Jason (a former Royal Marine) has formulated a 6 week Boot Camp training system that has been proven to gain maximum results in the shortest time!
There is a steady progression from week 1 through to week 6 of the type of exercises we do and also the way the sessions are constructed. So there will be various levels of intensity as your fitness improves.
All our training sessions are varied and every Boot Camp course is different. This offers you variety and motivation. And yes, they are outdoors. Always!
There will be various exercises to perform during our classes with a mix of cardio and resistant exercises. As this is a Military Fitness influenced Boot Camp your training sessions will also involve a full warm-up and cool down as standard.
The training system is specifically designed to encourage the body to burn fat and lose weight, increase and improve muscle tone and strength, increase bone density and strength, improve flexibility and of course increase and improve your fitness level and all round health and well being!
You'll have the choice to either pay as you go or sign up for the whole 6 week course and receive discounted sessions. All fitness levels & abilities are welcome. You can rest when you feel you need to & drink water whenever you want to.
