Hi I'm Peter I'm a medicalised personal trainer and health coach specialising in ameliorating chronic health conditions. I have been working in the health and fitness industry for over 25 years during which time I have built up a considerable portfolio of skills and accreditations. I am passionate about empowering people to take control of their health and using my knowledge to help them achieve their goals.
My belief is that many of the common illness that society face today are as a consequence of our lifestyle. The good news is that if our lifestyle has put us their then lifestyle changes can also get us back. I believe that the body has a very effective self curative system honed by hundreds of thousands of years of evolution, it is a system that when in balance is unbelievable effective at healing itself. I therefore use my coaching skills and knowledge to help bring you back to a place of balance. I believe that a rounded multi-pronged approach is needed and that is why I use a wide range of tools which include exercise, diet, relaxation techniques, mindfulness practice, movement practices, massage/manual therapy techniques and breath practices.
