The class provides a creative combination of asana (postures), pranayama (breathing exercises), meditation and relaxation. Using the breath as the focus of awareness, with time to explore the postures from the inside out. Building strength and flexibility using a deep and slow approach, exploring the challenges of both movement and rest.
