A great Yoga session combining elements of both Ashtanga and Hatha Yoga with clear guidance form the instructor. The session is slower paced than some yoga classes, with a focus on meditation, breath work and correct posture, but it still offers the opportunity for your practice to be reasonably dynamic if you choose it to be.
