EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) or "tapping" is a way of working with different kinds of difficulties, with profound results.
I offer EFT as part of a session alongside shiatsu, or you can book a session of EFT on its own. Tapping involves stimulating acupressure points on the head, face and body, by tapping gently, whilst talking through an issue, pain or difficulty. EFT is a powerful tool I use with many of my clients, and once you've learnt the basics you can then apply them anywhere, without having to wait for your next session to really feel the benefits!
EFT can, and has, successfully been used to treat conditions such as:
