I like to teach playful, creative flows with a focus on building strength. My classes are Vinyasa-inspired and combine powerful asana, cleansing pranayama and mindful meditation for a rounded practice which improves flexibility, balance and strength. I create poetry which I integrate into my classes, as well as a sprinkling of anatomical theory and use of essential oils. I am a big proponent for smiling, laughing, and generally being a bit silly.
