Midday Melodies is the perfect way to let go, feel good and connect with others. Sessions start with a series of breathing, stretching and vocal exercises to help you unwind and prepare to sing. We then learn simple harmony parts to create songs that soothe your soul. We move around the room as we sing which increases your heart rate and challenges your focus and concentration.
Singing is becoming increasingly popular as a well-being activity as it has so many of the same benefits as exercise:
The deep breathing required in singing improves circulation as we release more oxygen into the bloodstream.

Midday Melodies is open to everyone – you could be a shower singer or someone who sings from the rooftops. Songs are in a range of styles and moods and there is no need to read music as everything is taught by ear.
