Modifications offered, suitable for anyone wanting to move, breath, sweat, and work. Astanga is a moving meditation where movements are linked with breath in a seamless flow that send the mind into silence. It is a set sequence that you will gradually come to know, this class is led so you dont need to worry about remembering what comes next - if you want a self practise session where you will slowly learn the sequence for yourself, come to the MYSORE STYLE sessions. Beginners welcome at both but anyone with injuries do check first (unless you are familiar with your own modifications) as this is a challenging practise.
