What I love more than anything is to share my teachings and spread the wisdom that has been passed down to me over the years. I’m passionate about creating a space where you can reconnect with yourself, explore your edge with compassion, and experience yoga as more than just movement—but as a pathway to inner-peace.
In 2020, I completed my first Hatha yoga teacher training, and went on to complete a 300-hour training in Hatha and Ashtanga Vinyasa at the end of 2024. My teaching is rooted in the ancient traditions of yoga, blending mindful movement, grounding postures, breathwork and awareness.
This class offers a balanced blend of strength and stillness - expect a practice that gently challenges your body while guiding your mind toward calm. Supporting a full nervous system reset so you can head into your weekend feeling centered, clear, and restored.
