Get It Girl Fitness sessions include active and mobility stretching, muscle activation routines, and group circuits including weightlifting and cardiovascular exercises. We also give you the knowledge and confidence you need along the way to get started and stay consistent with your fitness journey.
Our four week programme includes - Week one Booty Burn Out where we work our glutes and legs. Week two ABsolutley Snatched where we work our abdominal muscles. Week three Hitting Heavy where we lift heavy weights ensuring good form. Week four Full Body Burn Out where we will work all muscles in the body. The programme emphasises some of my best bootylicious moves whilst giving you a challenging workout from each session. Along the way we will strengthen your body boost your endurance and build your confidence. We are beginner friendly and create an empowering atmosphere for women to feel their best selves whilst working out. You can meet like minded women who are striving for a strong body and strong mindset. You will also meet friends for life!
