Breathe & Flow is a 60-minute class where Fynn blends mindful movement and conscious breath to help you drop into your body and reset your energy.
The session begins with a grounding vinyasa flow, guiding you into rhythm, presence, and fluid movement. From here you’ll transition into a Soma-inspired breathwork practice - designed to recharge your system, release any built up stress and tension and leave you energised for the rest of your day.
During the breathwork we will be rhythmically breathing and practicing breath-holds which develop your co2 tolerance, enhance stress resiliance and reset your nervous system among a whole host of other benefits.
As movement and breath synchonise, our natural state of wellbeing and vitality returns. This combination creates a powerful yet accessible practice that supports both physical vitality and nervous system balance.
Suitable for all levels. No experience needed — just come as you are.
Please note: Pregnancy, severe illness, recent operations, heart issues, neurological issues, severe mental health challenges are contraindicated for the breath holds in the practice however please get in contact as usually we are able to provide a modified practice.
