This class is all about Improving your mobility, a key component when it comes to moving well, whether you're striving for athletic performance or looking for freedom of movement in everyday life. This class will explore and improve your bodies movement capability & strength within your range. You will improve your ankle mobility, overhead squat mobility, baby squat, pistol squat, gymnastic bridge & other end of range exercises & flows. If we have sufficient range of motion and control over that range, pretty much everything else becomes easier.
