These classes include all of the foundational lifts as well as non-traditional kettlebell exercises.

This class is a great session and would ideally be suited to individuals that have completed one of our kettlebell workshops having been coached through the lifts. If you have not completed the workshop and are new to kettlebells then this is fine, you will be welcomed with open arms and made sure that you are coached and guided through the session as needed.
