The natural movement training is a very unique, organic and interactive session. Each session is based on coaching natural movements within our natural environment. You will be taught to perfect the following skills; walking, running, jumping, balancing, crawling, climbing, lifting, carrying, throwing, catching and other skills. These sessions concentrate ultimately on the way we are designed to move.
These movement skills are performed in natural green environments, including; trails, woods, fields and other natural spaces. Climbing trees, lifting rocks, balancing along fallen tree trunks and leaping over streams, are some of the exercises/obstacles you will have to face in these natural training sessions.
