A new nurturing, dynamic practice, inspired heavily by Forrest Yoga.
Get inspired by your breath! We'll start by ramping up our curiosity; the pace of breath, the muscles of our neck, our connection to the earth. This is all before diving deep into our hips, core and shoulder work (all of the juicy stuff!).
The Event Space at Hamilton House has a vast amount of wall space - let’s use it! Wall work and inversions will be scattered through this practice, even more than usual. Let's get comfy in this new perspective.
Our Monday practice will be accompanied by incense, the burning of sage and fairy-lights (of course!). If it feels right we’ll also add some music in.
Be sure to bring an extra cosy jumper as we will end with an extra-long savasana infused with selected essential oils to invite you to truly sink in to refresh for your week.
Please bring a Yoga mat if you have one, there will be some spare. All props provided.
