BOOT CAMP DANCE WORKOUT CHALLENGE & INTERNATIONAL FOOD SHARING

Boot camp dance workout challenge is an amazing programme consisting of 3hrs combination of dance and fitness. Boot camp workout has so many benefits contributing to a healthy body weight and balance. When you move faster from exercise to exercise in a fitness boot camp with fewer breaks, with more upper and lower body movements, you prepare your body to burn up to 600 calories per session. Our bootcamp will involve you performing some cardiovascular exercises such as running, interval training whilst also combining this dance workout with dumbbells. We will focus on improving your technique, form, core strengthening, relaxation, breathing and also awareness of how your body moves. Simple to say most of the time you won't even realise you are working out with this programme you will enjoy an just incredibly fun and energising dance workout, almost like you were partying with friends!

INTERNATIONAL FOOD SHARING Everyone welcome to bring dish or typical food from their country. After our training we will share food and meet some new friends.

YOU CAN BRING YOUR CHILDREN , WE HAVE ROOM FOR CHILDREN TO PLAY.
