These classes are suitable for people who are new, fairly new to yoga, returning after a break, or just prefer to work at a gentler pace. The class is breath focused, slow- paced and a gentle introduction to warm ups, basic Yoga postures and stretching exercises. We are working with classical asanas (postures) on foundation & flexibility, and also including breathing and relaxation techniques.
During practice we hold our poses longer to effectively massage the glandular and nervous systems. This would ensure a more balanced secretion of hormones, thus building stronger anti-bodies for a healthier internal system, while proper breathing helps in attaining a peaceful state of mind. Suitable for all ages and abilities.
