Gentle Hatha is a slow asana practice of yoga. We focus to bring the attention into the adjustments to reach the correct alignment with our phisical and mental body, connecting our pose (asana) with the breath. Expect from the class: - Guided relaxation and meditation practice. - Pranayama (breathing exercises) ------------------------------------- I'm happy to share bilingual lessons in case there are interests in learning spanish while practicing yoga.
