I bring more than 10 years’ experience of confidence coaching to my style of PT, ensuring that you feel good about your body and what it can do. I have been unwell and overweight in the past myself and know all too well how it feels to be unfit and unhealthy. I work with compassion and an understanding of the issues that may be holding you back from a healthier lifestyle. I also combine my fitness knowledge with yoga, martial arts and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) for effective fat burning, strength, balance and flexibility. Brainbox PT is for you if:

-you are looking to lose body fat and gain a lean, strong body -you want to build your confidence in what your body can do, as well as how you look -you want a holistic approach with options for nutrition and stress management -you want to train privately in a studio environment rather than a traditional gym -you are looking for a friendly and supportive PT who has been through their own journey to health and fitness and will understand your worries.
