Faster paced, fitness style class which focuses on linking the movement to the breath. There's lots of variety with this type of yoga so things will be kept interesting and you can always try out and work on new poses. Please don't be put off by the thought of a fast paced class. It won't be too fast, especially in the begining as new-comers get used to the movements, and you can always take a rest whenever you need. We will build up a sweat, gain strength and stretch out those tight body parts all whilst calming the mind (and then enjoy a well earnt relaxation at the end!).
Modifications can always be provided so the class is suitable for all levels. I look forward to seeing you on the mat.
