Dance, stretching and mindfulness; when the three are combined the result is VeraFlow - and it is powerful!
Stretching is an important yet often-overlooked aspect of fitness. Allow yourself the time to relax, whilst improving your balance and flexibility through uplifting choreography to expressive music, relieving tension across the whole body. Class also ends with a mindfulness section, an increasingly popular technique for de-stressing and setting the mind at ease.
Please bring an exercise mat (or towel/blanket) for your comfort, water, and warm layers for the cool down. Wear anything you can move freely in (stretchy bottoms!) and bare feet or socks.
No dance experience necessary - it's about the feeling! You also don't need to be flexible; we do this to become more flexible, everyone starts somewhere.
