This is not a guided class, but instead 60 minutes for you to carve out time to practice the type of yoga you love. By developing your own yoga self-practice, you will develop a deeper relationship with yourself and your body.
Enjoy a purpose built yoga studio with yoga mats, blocks and blankets for you to use away from the distractions you may face at home.
Once everyone arrives, we will begin with a collective mantra of Om and then we will practice in silence.
