In this workshop we shall be exploring: -What is stress + anxiety? -Why do we experience it? -Tools on how to deal with stress. -A slow gentle yoga flow to reduce tension thought out the body. -Guided relaxing Yoga Nidra.
(All levels welcome, you don't need to have practiced yoga before to attend)
