The primary series of Ashtanga yoga is a precise sequence of postures, linked together with vinyasa sequences. This workshop will help you to increase your understanding of Ashtanga and gain a deeper understanding of the sequence and postures (asanas). It will be divided into two parts. Wale will initially guide you through the first half of the Primary series. Secondly, he will break down the postures, provide coaching and there will be an opportunity for questions and answers. This workshop is suitable for anyone who has previously practised Ashtanga - a little bit or a lot.
