This class promises to be 60 minutes that will rejuvenate your mind and body at the end of the week. Beginning with pranayama (breath work), move into a strength building Vinyasa Flow practice and finishing with a relaxing, restorative savasana. You are invited to move in a way that feels authentic to you, focusing on the movement in the body, rather than the linear approach to alignment.
