This is a morning practice that uses what we know about the breath to shape the nervous system, and therefore shape our lived experience of the day. This breath-led flow will start with tuning into the breath to cultivate a deeper sense of presence and space for the mind to settle.
Expect a class that guides you gently into your body to meet you where you're at, weaving mindful movements with uplifting flow. A yoga asana practice that isn't tied to aesthetics, but guides you inwards to tune into how the body and mind feel, and helps build resilience and strength from within. When you arrive there is no expectation of you, the class begins with a gentle welcome and calming music so you can soak into the mat without having to "be anyone" before we move together.
