This class is mindfulness based with emphasis on releasing tension, allowing you to reset.
We will move through gentle postures with minimal effort to allow the body to slow down and find some rest to recharge the mind and body for the week ahead.
We will end the class with a lovely long relaxation and body scan to rejuvenate the mind and body and calm the nervous system.
Olive is a movement artist, yoga and mindfulness teacher. Her aim is to offer a safe space for you to reconnect back to your body through the focus of mindfulness, movement and breath.
