Carrie tends to begin her classes with Pranyama (breath work), then starts to guide gentle movement, building strength as you flow slowly and mindfully with the breath. Working up to more challenging asanas (postures). Ending with a deep restorative stretch and release.
Carrie strongly encourages you to move intuitively and explore what feels good for you. Listening and acknowledging to your body, how you truly feel, learning when to rest, and when to challenge yourself.
