This vinyasa class will begin with grounding and reconnecting before moving into a more rhythmic, vibrant flow, inviting you to pour whatever energy is present for you that day - allowing you to be in flow.
Sophia (she/her) uses yoga as a tool to understand the language the body is speaking, bring stillness to the mind, and to connect the soul to something bigger.
She invites you to make your practise your own and feel empowered to move, breathe, and embrace stillness in a way that serves you best.
