Drawing from her own personal practice and experience around yoga, movement and self enquiry, Dominique aims to bring a creative, playful and integrative approach to movement, healing, self investigation and awareness based practices.
Her Mindful Flow sessions will focus on experiencing awareness in movement and stillness. A chance to find your breath, move your body and check back in with your SELF self! Dominique also likes to integrate her knowledge and experience of Myo Fascial release into her rich sessions.
'I believe in variety of movement and while I'll move from a familiar base in each class, some sessions will have a stronger more structured quality, while others will have a softer more fluid feel, reflecting my own practice and the natural yin & yang of life.
Expect a blend of energizing movement, slow flow, free movement and moments of pause & quiet.... my intention is to provide you with the space to find full presence, a little peace and calm, and an opportunity to connect back to your whole SELF, mind, body, breath and being’.
