Then building into a moving meditation nourishing the system with breath and focused awareness. As we work through a fluid vinyasa flow to release tension, encouraging a sense of freedom in mind and body.
Always inviting you to lean into your body’s intuitive preference tailoring to your personal needs bringing more fire or softening the dynamic. Finishing sinking back to your centre, grounding and balancing for the day ahead.
