This class invites you to move in a way that feels good for you, creating space within the body and mind through movement. Carrie’s intuitive teaching style is reactive to the energy, needs and interests of those in the room. Carrie is passionate about holding space for people to move, flow and rest with a sense of compassion, playfulness and curiosity.
Starting with awareness of breath to help focus the mind. This breath then ties together our movements on the mat as we find stability and steadiness in the midst of flow. With options to soften or strengthen, we tune inwards, becoming fully embodied, opening to the possibility of growth and a new perspective. A class that will leave you feeling empowered, supple and strong.
