This embodied movement practice teaches us to strive without forcing, accepting our body as we find it in the present moment. Starting with awareness of breath, we fully inhabit our bodies by breathing more consciously to settle the mind. This breath then ties together our movements on the mat as we organise our bodies in space to find stability and steadiness in the midst of flow. Finding a balance of challenge and ease, we arrive in each posture with a renewed perspective to find deeper opening and flexibility in new areas for growth. Once enlivened and present, surrender to the healing powers of sound as it works its way between thoughts and drops you into a state of being that feels expansive and more than enough. Nada yoga—the yoga of sound—is a meditative practice that fosters deep inner harmony and balance. Take what serves you, and leave the rest.
Everybody is welcome!
