This class is for you if you are looking to start a yoga practice or revisit the foundations of your own practice and find greater depth. Whatever level you are, you will be supported in finding the alignment that suits your unique body.
All session will involves a breakdown of yoga poses, alignment, pranayama (breathwork), meditation and yoga philosophy. Sessions will breakdown each pose into bite sized chunks and also teach you how to transition from one pose to the next with ease.
The class will help to build confidence and a greater sense of connection to your self while creating ease, calm and balance.
