Rachel’s classes aim to target different muscle groups focusing on strength, stability, body alignment, awareness, lengthening, mindset, endurance, breathing and recovery.
The classes are fun, educational, enjoyable and challenging to those who want to push their limits or satisfying for anyone working at their own pace.
Rachel is very passionate about self care and helping people to feel their best by becoming the healthiest version they can be both mentally and physically. Her goal is to build a community where we can all support each other through movement. Rachel decided she needed an outlet from her day to day corporate job to be creative and engage with like-minded people, so with a passion for Pilates she decided to become a barre instructor too, training under Pip Barsanti.
